There is a specific kind of energy that takes over a room when the first notes of Rhiannon ring out. We are officially back in the rehearsal space this week, tucked away in the heart of Northern Colorado, polishing the setlist for what is shaping up to be our most ambitious season yet.
For us, “rehearsal” isn’t just about getting the chords right; it’s about capturing the “spirit” of Fleetwood Mac. We’ve been spending hours dialing in the vocal harmonies that made the Rumours era so legendary. There’s a certain shiver that happens when the three-part harmonies finally lock in—it’s that mystic connection we strive for every time we take the stage.
New Additions & Blues Surprises
This season, we’ve leaned into the “Gold Dust” aesthetic more than ever. We’ve added some haunting new arrangements of a few Stevie Nicks classics, focusing on the raw, emotional power of her early solo work and the deep cuts that true fans adore.
But it’s not all lace and tambourines. Fleetwood Mac started as a blues powerhouse, and we’re honoring those roots this year. We’ve tucked a couple of blues surprises into the setlist—nods to the Peter Green era that bring a gritty, soulful edge to the show. These arrangements are designed to keep the energy high and the audience guessing.
Bringing the Vision to the Front Range
As we look out the windows of our Greeley rehearsal studio, we can feel the momentum building. Preparing these songs feels like a ritual. From the intricate guitar swells of Landslide to the driving bass line of The Chain, every element is being refined to ensure that when the lights go down, the audience feels like they’ve stepped back into 1977.
We are getting ready to start looking at tour dates across the Front Range and beyond. We can’t wait to share these new arrangements with our friends and fans in Greeley, Fort Collins, and the surrounding mountain towns.
The gear is packed, the candles are lit.
Stay tuned—the magic is coming to a stage near you very soon.
